Job Scope

  • Provide excellent frontline customer service at our service center
  • Provide professional advice to customers on car servicing, repair needs, and car maintenance
  • Communicate with customers on diagnosis result
  • Reminder calls for next service
  • Monitor CSI monthly and achieve target set by principal
  • Provide solution as countermeasure on respective complaint cases
  • Reports to parts controller on warranty parts needed
  • Carry out ad hoc duties as assigned by Service Manager



  • Diploma in any discipline with minimum of 1 year experience in customer service and handling
  • Passionate in customer service with excellent communication skills
  • Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft office
  • Patient, pleasant, positive attitude and self-motivated
  • Willing to work in Alor Setar
