Job Scope

  • Reporting to General Manager monthly on profit and expenses
  • Develop a business plan and sales strategy to achieve the company sales objectives and profitability
  • Supervise the after sales service team to provide the best customer service in town
  • Handle customer complaints and solve issues related to customer satisfaction
  • Monitor key performance index for customer satisfaction
  • Ensure all staff and service advisor are well-trained and capable of performing assigned tasks
  • Control parts ordering
  • Conduct weekly meeting with service staff


  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Business studies/Administration/Marketing or equivalent
  • At least 2 years in relevant service experience
  • Computer literate
  • Good personal skills – friendly and polite
  • Able to work under high paced environment
  • Willing to work in Alor Setar
